- All Government fess like liaison,Plan sanction, local paanchayut bodies to be paid dirctly by Client.
- If need any extra SSM or block works below plinth cost will be on actual.
- Anti-termite treatment will adhere to standard procedures.
- The client must provide water and electricity for the work.-
- SBC soil bearing capacity of 180kN/Sqm on the depth of Footing 5'0". If increased footing depth as per Low SBC additional cost shall be charged as on actual upon site condition.
- Steel: Basic price of Rs.70,000/-per MT.(Client can choose brand based on price) Any increase in these prices shall be charged accordingly
- Cement: Basic price of Rs. 430 /-per bag. (Client can choose brand based on price) Any increase in these prices shall be charged accordingly
- The cost assumes that the site and road are at the same level.
- If materials to be order in small quantities, the additional charges for the same shall be charged on actuals
- If finding any Hard or soft rock in excavation -charge will be additional accordingly
- If any work not mentioned in Package outside of site boundry Cost will be additional accordingly
- The client will bear the approval costs for power and water.- Road cutting charges for connecting electricity and sewage lines are not included and will be charged additionally.
- If Buying new earth or Removing existing earth from site for excavation/backfilling purposes it will be client Scope.
